Khalid Abdulrahman Alsuwaidi, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of KAJ Properties, brings a wealth of expertise in sales, marketing, and strategic planning, driving the company's continued growth and innovation. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the American University of Sharjah and has further honed his leadership skills through executive education at Harvard University.

Khalid was also selected for the inaugural Family Business Management Program, a prestigious initiative organized by the Dubai Chamber of Commerce in collaboration with the Mohammed Bin Rashid Center for Leadership Development - a recognition of his dedication to excellence and leadership development in the region.

Prior to joining KAJ Properties, Khalid held influential roles across multiple sectors. In the luxury automotive industry, he led the world's largest Lamborghini dealership, transforming it into the top-performing dealership globally. He later transitioned into luxury real estate, where he played a key role in building the Nabni Real Estate Development brand, known for its high-end, design-focused projects.
